Our Letting Fees and Tenant Protection information

When securing a property with Frank Hybrid Property Agent you will be expected to exchange monies to the equivalent of 1 weeks rent which will be utilised towards the first months rent if/when the tenancy proceeds (Please note that this will be withheld if any relevant person (inc guarantors) withdraw from the tenancy at no fault of the landlord/agent, failure to comply to the right to rent checks, provide us with false or misleading information, fail referencing after initially confirming you would be able to pass or failure to sign the tenancy agreement and/or guarantor agreement before the agreed move in).

Loss of Keys/Security Devices

Payment of up to £15 inc VAT for the reasonably incurred costs for the loss of keys/security devices or if proven to be more by the Agent this cost will be passed on to the tenant.

Unpaid Rent

Payment of any unpaid rent and other reasonable costs/Landlord Administration Charges associated with your early termination of the tenancy/during the tenancy.

Interest on Late Payments

Payment of interest for the late payment of rent at a rate of 3% above Bank of England base rate. This will not be levied until the rent is more than 14 days in arrears.

Amend the Tenancy Agreement

Payment of £100 inc VAT if you wish to amend the tenancy agreement.

Change of Tenant

Payment of £60 inc VAT for a change of tenant.
